'Memphis Dreams' - Body of Work, 2021

As a result of the whirlwind news cycle of 2020, I began lucid dreaming. Strange, whirling spaces filled my head as I drifted off, creating Escher-meets-Sottsass images that I had to get down on paper before they disappeared. From scrawled, half-lucid notes and imagery, an experimental body of work was built that reflects many of my most frequent themes and thoughts- heady colour palettes, nostalgic design and environmental concerns.
