Laura is a versatile creative, working as an artist, animator, writer and comedy performer.
She often utilises humour, nostalgia and play to comment on social and environmental issues.
She loves all things bright, '80s and camp.
Currently working as Head of Design for Retrosweat, she graduated with a Bachelor of Design
(majoring in Animation and Illustration) from UTS in 2016, and works across a variety of artistic
and performance disciplines. She has created everything from fabric patterns and fashion illustrations
to motion-graphics and graphic props. Her work often uses humour to delve into larger issues,
and she is currently studying a Masters in Comedy Writing at Falmouth University.
